Our Story
Healthy Haven is Proserpine's first health food cafe & organic grocer. As a small family owned business we are committed to sourcing and supplying the community with only the finest health foods, tonics, supplements & natural products.
In 2018, Healthy Haven changed hands and the Paton's became the new owners of the health food store in Proserpine. The dream to open a health food store quickly gained traction while our daughter Bethany was completing her Nutritional Medicine degree. It was from here that our other daughter Kate & the family developed the cafe, health food store & grocer that we all know and love today. Along side our sister business Telluric Health, which aims to assist with holistic medicine and natural health pathways.
Our collective goal is to engage in consistent learning to help people reach their healthiest potential through real food, nutritional education, caring support, supplements & healthy wellbeing. We are serious about offering alternatives for optimised health & we pride ourselves in supplying the public with natural, organic, fair trade and eco-friendly products.
